(“Conatus”) provides the use of the website and any programs, services, tools, materials, or information available through the website (collectively, the “Site”) to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). Accordingly, you hereby waive any requirement that Conatus post any bond or other security in the event any injunctive or equitable relief is sought by or awarded to Conatus to enforce any provision of the Terms of Service.
